Appointments are scheduled:
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Please bring your insurance card as we will need a copy of your card at every visit.
Well visits generally need to be scheduled in advance, often 1 - 2 months, depending on your provider. Recheck appointments are scheduled as needed per the recommendation of your provider.
We make every attempt to schedule same day sick appointments.
Calling ahead allows you greater opportunity to schedule appointments with a provider of your choosing and at a time
that best suits your needs.
We follow the American Academy of Pediatrics’ guidelines for well visit appointments.
We recommend a schedule of routine well visits, screening, and immunizations to help your child stay healthy and monitor
growth and development.
Confirmation and Cancellation:
You will receive a confirmation phone call from our office to verify your scheduled appointment. We would appreciate every attempt to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Missing a scheduled appointment without cancellation may be subject to a non-insurance billable $50 fee.
Payment:
Payment is due at the time of service. The amount of your co-pay is set by your insurance plan.
